Your own Angel Painting by Christal

Christal, a multi-talented artist, has a background in graphic art, and design. She began her fine art career in 1992, painting horses in watercolor. With her love for horses and riding, there was a great desire to extend herself creatively with the paintbrush.

In the summer of 2001, between shifts working as a massage therapist, Christal started to paint again.

She wanted to do something different than the photorealism technique she used for the equines. Sticking to watercolor, she sat down at the drawing table and asked God to help her come up with something fun and new. She started with bigger brushes and smaller pieces of paper to “play” with some colors. The more she painted, the more the faces began to emerge. She used 2 colors for each piece and started looking for images when the color was applied to the paper. Christal, not wanting to “control” the process, just allowed the paint to move around until a face or figure was distinct enough to see and complete.

She felt there was a Divine hand involved as the paintings flowed more with ease, and her intuition merged with the images on the page to “form” whatever presence wanted to come through.

Then the words started in her mind, first with the names of the figures. When the great Kwan Yin appeared in bright red and yellow, she heard a voice say, “I am Kwan Yin”. Christal did not know Kwan Yin. She bought a book the next day to educate herself about this beautiful compassionate ascended master. Kwan Yin has since been painted many times and remains a favorite friend among the painted angels and masters in her collection.

And so, the art evolved with these higher beings and Christal started to ask friends if she could paint their angels. Then she wrote down the messages for these friends and that is how the channeling became integrated with the paintings.

Christal noticed that many of these watercolors showed, not only the angelic guide, but also other things, like animals or other spirits. She would point this out to the recipient of the painting.

Christal takes all her instructions from the angels. They are very specific about all the details, the colors, and when to finish each painting.

The angels and Christal have worked out the process, so that all she needs is the person’s full name. She can paint the watercolor at home in her studio and send it with the channeled page from the angel to that person.

Christal feels very blessed to work with the beloved angels and masters in this way. She is always delighted and amazed at every painting. They are all so very different, so alive and so personal to the person receiving the art. The paintings emit a healing vibration and people are touched in different ways when they look at these lovely beings of light.
